THE SOUND YOU CANNOT HEAR ♾️

✨Hey everyone , how are you all doing today ?💞

As I promised , today I will be sharing about Anhaad Naad the sound that cannot be heard externally , because its the sound of your awakened self. It is also known by many names like Nada, OM, celestial music, Nada yoga.

So, what is Anhaad Naad?

The word Anhaad means no boundaries and Naad means sounds or vibrations. It is not an external sound, it is the eternal sound of the  universe which is present inside us . Yes! you heard me right! We are all tiny particles of the Universe and our body is connected with it, and the Universe resides in Krishna Parmatma.. As no one knows its origin, and it has no end just like the Universe itself.

Where do you experience this?

When the mind becomes calm and thoughts began to pause, this sound reveals itself. As your meditation deepens, these experiences start happening naturally. People who practice yoga, meditation, sadhana, mantra chanting or siddhi practices can definitely hear this Naad. This Anhaad Naad comes with different sounds like a beep, OM, conch ( shanks), ghungroo or in some cases one can hear the sound of Veena. So experience depends on individual practice.

Why do we hear this sound?

Anhaad Naad is not just a sound, it tells us that we are more than our body and mind. It takes you deeper into meditation and your connection with God becomes stronger.
