☀️The space between thoughts🌕


 

Namaste everyone !🙏 I hope you are doing well and living beautifully , taking every moment as a blessing.😊

Today I want to share something special with you all _ space 🙂 . There is space within us . It is that silent space where someone deep inside us wants to speak , but often we fail to understand🙂 . When we finally do recognize it , we began to realize its meaning . Now when you hear me talking about all this , you might think I am crazy 😉, but when you experience it yourself , you will know exactly what I mean . And when you feel it too you will share it with others I bet🤝 . But before that , you must learn patience . Only with patience you can understand this .😃

Coming to point .... what is this space? 🤔

In simple words , you may call it emptiness . But in truth , it is that point where the soul and the body unite😯 . It is that pause that exist between thought process and the heartbeat . Or in more simple way, the gap that lies between  inhaling and exhaling 😊. That tiny pause is what we call space. Now I have told you what this space actually is . But think about this _is it truly possible to reach that state ?🤔

''If I share from my own experience🤠 , this space is not empty at all . In fact it is full of power and energy. This is the turning part of our inner being😯 . '' Have you ever thought how many secrets are hidden in this space?😶

Our body is deeply connected with Universe , and when it unites a sound arises from within . That sound is none other than cosmic vibration OM 🙏, it is also called as Anhad Naad . Now understand this : The pause the space which I am talking about is  Lord Shiva ! yes you heard me right !😯🙏



''If you connect with this space , automatically you will connect with Lord Shiva😃 . And once you connect with him he will bless you in million ways '' once you start practicing it then you will get to know that Lord Shiv is not only outside but within us within this space. 🥰

How to start ?🤔

YOU SHOULD DO THIS PRACTISE ONLY UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF GURU

STEP 1 : Sit comfortably in a relaxed position , don't put too much pressure on yourself . Just sit calmly and let your thoughts come and go . Don't try to stop them forcefully .

MY OBSERVATION: In the beginning it may take you around 10 days to become comfortable with this . Slowly you will be able to sit for 15 -20 mins .

STEP 2 : When you feel that you can sit calmly for 15-20mins , then start focusing in between your eyebrows called your third eye area . Visualize that ,  from your third eye ,  pure white light is radiating outward .

STEP 3 : If you reach this stage where you can see you third eye radiating white cosmic light than congratulations🎉 you are on right track! . Now along with this , deep within you will start to hear your own inner breathing sound  that  is ' SO HUM' more clearly without any distraction . (Don't worry I will explain you what is SO HUM in my next blog ) 🥰 

STEP 4 : when you reach this point , you will start experiencing a new kind of feeling within yourself . For example when you inhale and then pause then exhale , so that pause between the two breaths holds power and stillness ( with continued practice ,you will be able to feel that power and that power will make you active both mentally and physically). You will feel your entire body is dissolving into silence . 
You will experience it as if you are standing under a cold water shower _ refreshing, cleansing and awakening 😉. These symptoms can be different so practice it under your GURU .
If your meditation is getting deeper so plz share it with only your  Guru , he will guide you more and protect you from negative vibes . because this is the first step of your connection with lord shiva . I have noticed that many people start practicing in wrong way , and after some time when they check , they realize they have attracted negative vibes . In that situation , they feel like there is no need to continue , which creates irregularities in their practice and once that happen the connection automatically breaks.

STEP 5 : If everything is going in a right way than you can increase your meditation time . Its totally on you , no restriction  on this point . 

My Experience :😃

To build your faith , I will share some of my experience . Because I believe that if I share then maybe it will help you to trust the process . I know many of you have questions , and sometimes answer to certain questions are not given by words but are revealed through experience. 🤠


''When I started my journey , I didn't have anyone to guide me . I had to learn everything on my own . And yes , when you go deep into this practice ,sometimes negative energies or vibes also try to disturb you''. At that stage the more you practice Mantra jaap more powerful your aura becomes . Impact of this is negativity loses its grip on you means you will become more  dominant over negative vibes💪 . I have faced this issue of negative vibes and someone who is expert in this guided me with a remedy that truly helped me . He told me you have to hold 2-2 pair of cloves in your both hands place a small clay pot in front of you , put camphor in it then do Mantra chanting for 10 mins and finally place those cloves inside that pot and burn them.
You can also follow this remedy if you meditate or do regular puja it will ultimately help you and protect you from wrong vibes . 🤠
''Don't worry if your practice is strong , you will handle it smoothly'' . Coming to point , as I continued practicing regularly . In the beginning , my experience were not so deep , but slowly something began to change . When I  meditated for a long time with complete focus , suddenly a different awareness started opening up inside me! . I felt like my senses were shutting down one by one and I was going deeper and deeper. At that stage , I experience a state of complete silence where my inner thoughts disappeared . The only feeling left was profound , stillness as if everything has stopped.
These experiences are very personal and I cannot share all of them openly . But yes in future , whenever the time is right  I will share more. 💗
Now this is completely your choice _ whether you want to continue your practice or not . I can only guide you , but in the end . If you truly want to walk in this path , then you must commit to it sincerely . Because this is not just a small thing .... its a journey of transformation. 🤠
