WHAT DOES ATTACHMENT REALLY MEANS?🤔

Hey my cutie readers,🥰

So today I took this topic because in daily life we dont talk much about . Everyone knows it, everyone feels it, but if we really put it in words then it can become a blooming idea for you all. I mean , I can explain it to you in a way you will understand.

Attachment in simple words means the bond which we carry not just physically but also mentally.

It is that thing which slowly becomes part of your life, and without it you start feeling incomplete. You may say that attachment is not necessary, but the truth is we all have it. Now you may ask,' How do we know who we should be attached to ?'with time, even though we know something is not permanent, still we get attached. And if that bond breaks, our heart feel the pain.

Attachment can be of many types like.. friendship, relations, spiritual, materialism. But among all these, if we know what true attachment is, then it will help you in life. Spiritually there is one way that guides you not towards more attachment, but towards detachment. Dont worry I will explain...

Many people... for example , when we lose a friend forever, we feel the pain. For a while life seems heavy because memories keep coming back . The bond with that person doesn't go away easily, it stays in our mind and heart . Same with relationships .... when a couple seperate, for a long time both suffer , then slowly with time, they start to live again. Why? because we attach not only to people, but also to moments. This cycle keeps repeating.

Same goes for materialistic things, when we lose something , at first the pain is strong, then slowly with time it fades. If we stubbornly hold on, it becomes a part of our rigid mind. But the truth of attachment is ..... never take it lightly.

From spiritual point of view ... we don't get attached, but later in the end ( moksh) , we get detached. We create bonds, but those bonds are not forever . They are made so that we can learn something from them. Spiritually , only true love remains, where we only give, not expecting anything is return, thats why attachments dont stay forever.

Attachment can really drain us out . We feel exhausted and we start making negative opinions about ourselves. Our brain doesn't know how to detach easily, but detachment is also possible. For this Spiritually you need to take shelter of God . Only then this thing gets balanced, because only God has the key to control it.

For example, when you inhale , you also exhale right! . In the same way , balance is needed . Rain , summer, cold these all come and go at their time. Nothing stays attach forever. This is the rule of Universe: whatever comes, will go. Whatever  rises, will fall. Now your mind will think about families and this world ?.  We are living a cycle where without attachment, nothing is possible ?. Yes your question is right . One day everyone has to go. With families too, karmic bonds are connected. And in life, karmic bonds are meant to be fulfilled.

''Now I will share with you some ways through which you can balance attachment.'' You can start by fixing your habits. I know it may sound strange right now, but slowly you will begin to see the changes: Every morning, wake up early and first remember your beloved Lord . Offer your prayers to him. After that, make sure to add yoga practice in your exercise routine. Once you finish, take bath and offer water to the sun God ( Surya Dev) ,asking him to bless you with his brilliance. You may visit a temple or, if not possible, perform a small daily seva for God at home. Those who are already engaged  in regular seva can gradually increase it.  Avoid negative thoughts and dont create imaginery scenes , stay grounded in reality.

If you sincerely follow the basic rules of Brahmacharya on regular basis, you will notice transformation. At night, before going to sleep, remember your Prabhu again , share with him how your day went and what you experienced , what changes you faced ..... just tell him everything . By doing this , your mind will wonder less into abstract thoughts and you will stay focused .

So my readers start today with small , consistent steps and experience how good habits and devotion can truely transform your life . You can share your experience with me in the comment box . I would love to hear them💞
